For the second year, my friend Kelly and I ventured “downtown” to do our Black Friday shopping. I love all the fun treasures I found along the way, for friends and family, that I know I wouldn’t have found waiting in line for stores to open at midnight!
I have been enjoying all my adventures and learning more about downtown so I also love knowing how much shopping local helps the Lancaster community. Make sure you take the time to check out the store front windows, they are so unique!

A great time to do your shopping would be this Friday, December 3rd! It’s First Friday AND Fig is turning 5 and throwing a big FREE concert event on Penn Square! You won’t want to miss it!
If you can’t make it “downtown” this Friday, shopping local is ALWAYS a great idea, and the merchants look forward to meeting you.
