Tellus360 & Weddings – A Visit with Annie

I was very excited to sit down and talk with resident designer, Annie Schwartz at Tellus360.

What a beautiful store, that has so much to offer, so many different people. I went in with the intention of showing you readers just what it has to offer clients in the wedding and event industry, and while I went in wanting to talk about their handmade candles, I found so many other items and ideas!

All of their candles are hand poured soy-based. The glass is even recycled. There are so many different options if you are looking for candles! And who doesn’t love candles at a wedding!

Ok, on to the goods! Almost all of the furniture you see at the store is handmade either in their basement or at the mill shop located right in Lancaster. If it is not handmade, then it is most likely a beautiful antique! Some of their other handmade items might include lamps, guitars, all their display items, and much more.

While browsing some of these goods, of course my mind immediately went to events and how cool it would be to have some of these items readily available for your special day.

Furniture, accessories..rentals…

These beautiful wine racks handmade from reclaimed wood could serve many roles at your next event. A few examples, hanging escort cards from them, serving late night snacks (picture cones filled with popcorn, or candy), what about even spelling your monogram out in wine bottles over the bar, or head table?! The options are endless!

These assorted candlesticks would look beautiful on your guest tables!

Ok, so when I got to these doors my mouth just about dropped open! Imagine them being placed for an outdoor ceremony, bringing the old traditional church feel to your outdoor location providing you that dramatic entrance down the aisle….

I can see it now, being opened as the bride enters! Oh I just love it! Interested in renting these?!?!?!

Envision a more unique, earthy high top for your cocktail hour, or tree stumps as seats, or lower accent tables.

Gifts and Wedding Registry

You can register at Tellus 360 for home goods such as kitchen products/pieces, home furnishings, and more.

On top of that you can take care of all of your bridal party gifts! Clutches or scarves for your ladies, watches for the groomsmen, and beautiful wine bottle gift bags for those special helpers, of course filled with a wonderful bottle of wine.

Super hip wine gift bags! That can be re-gifted over and over again! Or awesome wooden watches for the guys in your wedding party!

What bridesmaid wouldn’t love a beautiful clutch filled with essentials they will need for the evening or maybe a scarf in her favorite color!

Kitchen items galore! Oh yes, I would just love to have bamboo kitchen utensils and serving pieces. Not only are they eco-friendly, but so stylish as well.

I can tell you that I am so excited about the possibilities with my events and what Tellus360 has to offer!

Dare I even start to tell you about “The Green Roof?!” We’ll save that for another blog!
