Allegretto Youth Chamber Orchestra

Join Allegretto for its second concert of the season in Barshinger Center for the Musical Arts at Franklin & Marshall College. They will be performing Haydn, Symphony No. 100; Barber, Adagio for Strings; Françaix, Sept Danses; and Mendelssohn, Konzertstück featuring Doris Hall-Gulati on bassethorn and Jill Gagliardi on clarinet.

Allegretto’s mission is to give the youth of Lancaster County a joyful, high-quality orchestral experience, unlike any other orchestral experience available in the region. Unique to Allegretto is its coaching approach. Professionals will sit in on selected rehearsals, playing, as well as offering instruction to students.
